Inhales don't ruin your voice, only bad technique does, I use inhales and I can sing Lamb Of God, Pink Floyd and Iced Earth in the same day doing screaming, growling, falsetto, melodic and lirical without loosing my voice.
Fucking kick ass vocals you just gotta work on your breathing between the lyrics and try to make it a bit more consistent in the verses. On the whole, this is some good shit and thumbs up for anyone who appreciates the kings of the true american metal coming back to life, lamb of god. Changing mouth shapes and extending the tongue don't seem to increase my pitch enough. I need help! I don't why retards are saying you're using inhales, they must not know what inhales sound like then. You'd never be able to pronounce words like that if you were inhaling.

That was actually pretty decent, My suggestion is in the lower parts don't yell them so loud, just go a little quieter and really get that deep note. But damn those highs were amazing.

Wicked shit bro! Still can't figure out how to do the high pitched stuff man. I find lowering the scream into my true vocal chords to obtain a higher pitch and worry about damaging them. Changing mouth shapes and extending the tongue don't seem to increase my pitch enough. I need help! Don't have too much trouble with the lower and mid range stuff but the banshee screams are mind boggling.

thanks for the randy blythe comment for one, cuz i guess i can see a TAD similarity, but i dont believe i sound just like him. and i hope not because i have my own band where i scream of course and i want to have my own established sound. inhales just do not deliver the force power annunciation and many more things that exhales do. you may pull off a decent inhlae, but if you put that same work into exhales, you'd sound twice as better

Nice vid. Randys voice is hard to match and you do a pretty good job getting almost the same pitch and sound. And they are clearly exhales as you say for i can hear you breathign in quickly to get power to push those growls out. good job

you willl seriously damage your vocal chords. I never inhale and never will, for these reasons. firstly, it doesnt sound half as good as exhale. it, as said before, will rip apart your vocal chords and it also gives me headaches. This fella has the right idea. Exhale, and exhale strongly. That means your voal chords are fully open and you wont be damaging your voice permantantly
