@mutez0r what do you mean proper way? Ideally you want to twist the cage off 6 spins is traditional, then slowly remove the cork....the quieter you can make the pop the better because you preserve that C02.

I almost forgot, St Bernardus Christmas ale is fantastic. Have you had had it fresh?

@Tantrum777 Yes I have, this is a beer I always get when it is released in the winter LOVE it.

You liked this a lot more then I did, I also got a ton of alcohol on the nose and taste that really hurt the beer for me.

@Tantrum777 Really? To be honest I like a little bit of that booze there, for me it came of as more of a warmth rather then fusel notes.
