  • Boris (what a great name) you should ask him to teach you how to sing and play so you can do a duet.

  • I love Boris

  • @kazywaz Woof! I'm adorable, I just wish he'd shut up sometimes - playing his guitar, when I should be out sniffing around!

  • Nice interpretation of the song, not the usual fare. Plus, give Boris a treat, he seems to really enjoy your playing and friendship, must be a special joy. Peace

  • Thanks. Yes, not sure if he wants to show who's the boss, or if he just wants to join in - all the time :)

  • @@===*standin' o :) @@===* **********

  • I see you speak "schnauzer". Boris is very grateful and pleased that you like this. Next time send a big O===O :O)

  • Your guitarstyle reminds me of Nick Drake and the singing on this one of Nick Cave!

    5 stars!!!

  • I have a guitar made by an old hermit craftman. Brand name as Farida, it got life tree inlay same as yours.

    What is your guitar?

  • Hi, it's a Cort Earth 1200. It has a very nice finish. Inlay up the neck as you can see and also round the body.

  • I found Cort info thru the webs. It's made in Australia with good reviews and a reasonable price.

    My Farida is the best guitar I've ever own. Sound,finish..etc., all I can say it's just perfect, even better than Ovation collector serials. It cost me about 2000 USD, which price I can buy a brand new piano in my local Taiwan.

  • I've been to Dylan's concert in USA 2 decades ago, and also attend Grateful Dead's live(while Jerry still alive). I play '70 Genesis,ELP,Dylan quite a lot. Anyway, thanks for your reply and I'll surely check it out if there is any Cort in musical shop. Cheers.

  • Mine says it was handcrafted in Korea and the price is very reasonable (around 600 Euros), but I think this model is out of production.

  • Yes, Boris! A faithful critic who likes to show me the way, particularly to many sources of light if not inspiration ;)

  • He's probably saying I should play it in Open E, like Dylan, rather than Open G. My dog trainer says that in order to dominate one's dog, you should pointedly ignore it when it starts demanding. Maybe I should have listened this time!
