yes, I can sell you a pump. My latest pump is a bit smaller than this here in the vid. It delivers about 120 bar hydraulic pressure. that is 1740 PSI. You can choose the flow rate. this one in the video delivers 0.3 Liter/ min (0.08 gallon/ min). the more flow rate you need, the more power is needed to drive the pump.

I built a gear pump. that is a gear with just two wheels fitted with very tight tolerances in a housing. the gear pump pumps oil under high pressure into the cylinders. it comes back down just by its own weight when I open the valve

that was pretty easy: I just took a brass pipe. You can buy them in hardware shops (at least here in Germany but it should be available in the US, too). That pipe gives you the housing for the piston. I have cut the piston on my lathe and added a groove for an O-ring seal. The interference of the seal and the bore is just 0.25 mm. Then you just need to close the top and the bottom with a custom made plug
