  • Based on his hair style... i can see Bruno Mars trying to pull of a Little Richie style... hmmm the youths *halo over head*

  • This is a 1976 remake. Probably sped up, too. Still groovy........ and movey

  • This is 1957 ... Listen to the drums and then listen to rock from here on to like the 70's...

  • so this is where dmx got it from lol

  • Smoothtastic!

  • Little Richard brought me here.

  • --- This negro noise, is exactly that (noise for idiot's )---

  • @SuperMuenchow nothing wrong with being an idiot. Especially if you get to enjoy music like this all the time.

  • I'm still a sperm cell and I love this music

  • @brooklynstudio I'm just a potential density of quanta that only exists in mathematical theory, and i love this. ;)

  • @JayGOS117 WTF, Stephen Hawkings eat your heart out. You sure your only drinking twice a week now dude? Have you seen the episode of the Simpsons where Barney stops drinking and becomes a genius? Maybe I should get you to re-write my screenplay.

  • I'm 17, A Teddy Boy and I love Rock 'n' Roll. Don't know why kids these days don't like it.

  • perfect

  • Casino brought me here! What a Move!

  • Little Richard, one of the all time rock and roll greats. He's the real king.

  • I'm only a 14 year old german little boy, but I love this music :D

  • sorry about the spelling of Specialty.

  • bought the Spoecialty album at the age of 12 or so, all the tracks still do it for me!

  • lovin this

  • Nice Indian hair

  • I am born in 1991 and I love this music! It makes me dance like a freak! That's awesome!

  • I was born mid 80s and this music is not too old for me to get up and dance to the rock n roll of the 50s n 60s.

  • This is not the original 45 that was a hit. If you want the original hits they are available on a Specialty CD called The Essential Little Richard. It has his 20 greatest hits. I bought it on amazon.com.

  • This whole LP was killer!

  • casino, sharon stone!!!

  • Wooooooooo!

  • I'm born 93 and its really good

  • Is this a super clean digital remaster or a remake? Very good either way!

I do prefer Lennon's noisy version though.

  • @16forever why do you like john lennon do you know why he was a failure he is dead

  • I am one of the young ones but I am proud to know Little Richard's music.

  • Its funny cause my wang has always been known as "little richard". He dont answer to no other name

  • But.... This is not The original Specialty recording. A pretty good immitation, I admit. But keep on looking for a more honking version that sounds better.

  • 5 people slip' slided onto the dislike button

  • proud to notice over 50.000 people knowing what muic is :-)

  • @TimoStamm You say 'just enjoy'.

    Well, I'm enjoying, big styles.

    Consider that box ticked. :)

  • he was king

  • This is a 1976 recut. Still sounds great.

  • At everyone, I made the comment not meaning that people born after 1985 would not like the song, I said that the people who disliked it were born after 1985. I was born in the 90's and I love the song :D

  • I am 17 and I listen to rap and others, but I get the music to dance like never before on this music and Tutti Frutti, I would love to live in years is here!

  • Born in 1991, and this song is awesome. Loving every second of it.

  • Little Richard? Wow you guys have no rythm of music in you if you like this guy.

    John Lennon = MASSIVLEY AWESOME

Oh And What Is Tutti Frutti mean?

    Little Richard= HORRIBLE!

  • @Coolio170 Oh and WHO in the heck lives in a yellow submarine, and why does anyone care, and how did they get this submarine painted yellow? Don't diss people for enjoying music that you don't, especially if you're going to use a hypocritical argument. Kthnxbye.

  • I wish these kinds of songs were played at my highschool homecoming..

  • John lennon Sang This song wayyyyyyyy better than little richard.

  • @Coolio170 Fuck John Lennon. He and the rest of the Beatles are good, but they're massively overrated. Little Richard is so much better.

  • he is good im irsh my dad lovs him so do i hes really good

  • Guess what? - this a cool remake from 1976! Love the '56 version, and the version most likely from 1964, which wound up as an a-side for Modern Records, #1030. You won't be disappointed.

  • This not his original version! I would love to find it, as all I can find here, is either a shortened version or a copy, of his original.

  • MEAN SAXO.......

  • :9):)::):):):)):):)

  • hell ya he is the voice of rock and roll fuck elvis presley

  • my father calls him "the old aunt of rock"

  • 3 people were born after 1985

  • @DerAmerican me too :) I think that there are , were an will be people listen to it or not :)

  • @TimoStamm Im 20, and i only listen to music before the 80's. The best artist in my eyes will forever be johnny cash, and all the other rockers from the 50s and 60s There is nothing called music after the 90's only a bunch of crap

  • @cosworth89 Stone Roses, Red hot Chillis, Finley Quaye. These are top artists/bands in my view and they all performed during the 90's. I understand you like this type of music but don't let it cloud your judgement. Music is getting worse these days but occasionaly there is a good track now and again.

  • @cosworth89 " Im 20, and i only listen to music before the 80's."

Yea right...SO WHAT...you want a medal or something?

We really don't care if you're 20...50...or 125...just enjoy the music and stop telling people who really don't give a shit, how old you are!

  • @spacecowboy7580 Im 430 and i approve this message

  • @DerAmerican I born after 1985, but i love little richard

  • @DerAmerican woah woah woah i was born way after that and i absolutley luv little richard!

  • @DerAmerican

    nah brother

they were raised as generation skip-a-song

generation facebook and the apple class

  • @mcbrian12 true dat man

  • This man was MY mentor along w/Jerry Lee...I USED to be able to play this good boogie but age has caught up w/me and my fingers won't do it anymore...Beanicus

  • I can't see the connection of Jimmy Hendricks and Little Richard...I would have liked to have seen them play together.

  • Believe it or don't--once Jimi Hendrix played in Little Richard's band.

  • his wife calls him "big" richard

  • @brancool88 Im sorry but isnt he gay?

  • @GoodbyeBieber2 idk either way he sings great!

  • @brancool88 I agree. To be gay isnt bad i think. It wasnt a affront.

  • lmao,i dont think he is da real king as you put it.In english THE real king was Elvis.Always has been, always will be.

  • @35hankypanky Elvis could sing and perform but he wasn't near the songwriter or musician that Little Richard, Chuck Berry or Bo Diddley was. Elvis was more popular than he was innovative. He was a white guy singing and performing the way his black peers did. This I felt was what set Elvis apart. No other white artist could do this better than him and naturally he reaped huge profits from it. If he is the "King" it's because of popularity not creativity.

  • @rievans57 Bravo! Glad to see you made it a black and white thing.Elvis wasnt a songwriter, but im sure your aware he played the guitar and piano. Those you spoke of,only played one instrument.Yes those you speak of did play better then Elvis. But not one of them had a voice like Elvis. Not one could put on a show like Elvis did.Creativity?Do you think they handed him all the lyrics and all the music to all the songs? He knew in his head how it should sound.

  • @rievans57 Part 2.What has little richard or any of the others done new in the past 40 years? They play there classics! i dont knock them for it,cause i like there music. They done the music they were great at.So did Elvis.Except he done rock ,country, gospel.I see your a hater just because he was white.Thats fine! But the man was in a league of his own and had a voice 10 times better then the guys you speak of.

  • @35hankypanky I assume that he has spent the last 40 some years suing all of the younger singers and musicians who weren't his equals (but still good nontheless) but making more money than Penniman ever made...off of these old songs of his. Lol

  • remember hearing this song in a movie once but never knew who sang this great song:) now I know:)

  • I left out the word 'final' in my last post; should read 'especially the final 44 seconds'...

  • What The Hey!!! Listen to VinylNostalgia post of this great song to hear the original version. It's got the greatest rock and roll sax solo of the fifties, especially the 44 seconds...

  • KICKS ASS ///////// THE KING ROCKS

  • Incredible version but doesn't beat The Band's from Festival Express.

  • who ever dislikes this song, sucks!!!!

  • Thumbs up if the film Casino brought you here? It happened to me.

  • Allthese gangsters think they arer speacial. all alone. Sorry but I got my friends. My music. Too strong to lose
