After watching Down by Law I had to watch this scene again for at least four times, and I laughed each time.

Someone sent me this movie on dvd ages ago, and me and my mom really didn't know who had sent it, so there it had been sitting on a shelve wrapped in plastic. Today I looked it up on imdb and proceeded to watching it and I'm glad I did. It's a great movie, that's for sure. That I don't know exactly know where it came to me from adds a nice touch.

A movie doesn't need to have a moral, especially if you like it. For me it's a marginal comedy about marginality. But it makes sense only for me, and it's only a silly and reducing interpretation cuz I'm missin space here.

I just watched this movie again, twice! Probably the fifth or sixth time since it first came out... I love it. I agree it is a masterpiece. I was feeling a bit alone since some family members of mine watched it recently and were unimpressed-- they didn't get it. I'm heartened to see there are other people out there who appreciate it like I do.
