  • tuck planche is just bringing the knees to the chest or as close os possible. Advanced tuck planche is where the hips are parallel with the shoulders. Cool Vid.

  • I'm not too sure if you're trying to work different muscles here, but try and get your shoulders parallel with your hips and tuck your knees right up to your chest, as I think that's the correct form for a tuck planche. You certainly look like you've got the strength to do it as described above. Try it?? Good video, though
