Okay here's the thing. Flyn rolled his mage in s5. This video was released in s6. Meaning Flyn had only been playing mage for 1 season. This was back before Flyn joined Dignitas meaning he was only yet another mage with somewhat previous experience of playing other classes. In this video Flyn is good but not even half as good as he is today.
