Deoxys is known as the DNA Pokemon. DNA has two strands. If you separate both, then you will cause a disturbance. And this video proves it's disturbance because Deoxys can keep separating for a long time.

there are many ways u can do this u can have diddy kong gun mod, snakes grenades, or even peaches turnips but to do toon links u need to do 2 codes ticked on code manger one is the toon link poke ball mod witch is: C29890F0 00000003 2C06005B 40820008 38C000XX 60000000 90DD08C0 00000000 this code is for PAL then replace XX with 2A=pokeball then that main code is done save that then u pick the pokemon u want example: 4A000000 9018F128 14000050 00000008 E0000000 80008000 this code is for entei

I mean it must have gotten a TM22 and it gave itself that move. Never mind. It's DEFINETLY Hyper Beam, but a different color. In the show, it's a goldish color, but in the game, it's blue.
