What bothers me about this practice (and I refer to O'Reilly's stalking people to "interview" them) is that it's still stalking, no matter what the objective. Stalking is against the law in many states, but "journalists" do it without consequence. Those being stalked in this manner should press charges or bring a civil suit. If I were Amanda Terkel I would have pressed charges against O'Reilly and filed suit against Fox News.
