Block all apps that u r receiving as you get them.. you are not possibly getting over 50 a day soo the few u get block em that will take u maybe 2 days as they come in.. from the home page "hide" people that post stupid games and other bullshit on their page... the send result is a nice and clean FB like mines!! you might get 1 or 2 more periodically but block and hide is the key...

You comment on something you only get about 4 notifications before Facebook realizes you aren't apart of the conversation anymore. You can switch off Facebook emailing you notifications in your settings. You don't have to join those groups if you don't want to.
