As a hairdresser the hair colour looks quite good !
Unfortunately, the blue shirt clashes with it and you're gonna have to buy a whole new wardrobe to complement the new colour.
I suggest you look for both stronger and subtler shades of red, plus some hints of green the next time you go shopping for clothes. It'll give you whole fresh new look !
