I have played games since I was two years old and I have never played anything that had so much impact like Ecco 1 and 2

The scores went perfectly with everything...the graphics-stunning, plot-unique...it was the game that would let you save the world and have a pet dolphin at the same time...as a matter of fact, one of the levels is named in tribute to Pink Floyd's "welcome to the machine"

who many, I believe, would concur that pf is otherworldy like this very score here.

I thought the bit were Dr Manhattan was created was nothing short of incredible - from the accompanying soundtrack to explanation behind his creation, superceded only by the line - 'this is the last time I feel fear' as the last second of his life ticks away.

his whole character was well portrayed. But i think zack did a great job as you say directing that sequence. I love how Manhattan (and the actor) are so quiet and balanced unlike the other hero.

He can silence everyone with a sentence.

my fav is something along the lines of

"My father gave up clock making ever since Einstein discovered Time is relative" its so true.And when they talk about the doomsday clock. "It means as much to you as a picture of oxygen to a drowning man" sry been a while

Koyaanisqatsi was the film this was originally composed for. I think the chose this song as Dr. Manhattan's theme because basically the film Koyaanisqatsi is pretty much how Dr. Manhattan views the world.

Its actually a trilogy. I can't name the other two films off the top of my head right now because I haven't seen them but I'm sure they're easy to look up. I first saw Koyaanisqatsi on a big screen in an experimental film class so it was quite the experience. Nothing else like it really.

Things about pieces of music like this. They never stop stop stiring up the emotions of that time. Philip Glass reminds me of the threat of nuclear war, ecconomy in toilet and all sorts of other issues of the day.
