Rylai's CS is terrible on singed... it makes your poison slow them so they WILL NEVER chase you... mega adhesive is the 2nd strongest slow in the game... utilize it people

(karthus' wall of pain is the strongest slow btw)

When I was new to singed I thought rushing Rylai's second would be good, and it just didnt work out so i stopped getting it... As a last, or second to last item though... and I never thought of the throw... Come to think of it... you could just run circles around them with the poison.... so they wont have to chase you...

I did this yesterday and it worked really well 3 games in a row: Sapphire -> Boots 1 -> Ruby -> Blast Wand ->Catalyst -> ROA -> Merc Treads/Boots of swiftness -> Chain vest/Negatron Cloak -> Glacial Shroud/FON -> Frozen Heart -> Rylai's -> Deathcap

only got it to full build one game though, and it was crazy awesome.

How do you build him?

@NuclearParanoia I usually go with boots first first, then try to build rod of ages asap rushing calayst's, then build boots of swiftness if possible and go for rylai's third for more hp and mana. Fourth item I go for next is either forzen heart or banshee's veil to remove those nasty CC effects and give me extra hp for durability.

Singed can fairly tank turrets well, so turret diving with him when possible if always exceptional. ;) Only thing Singed will lack is Team Support .

The basics of Singed is: If they're running away, run towards them. If they're running towards you, run away.

Build tanky movement speed, and a bit of AP. Core is Boots of Swiftness and Rylai's. Other items you'll like getting are Frozen Heart and Force of Nature.

If you're facing heavy CC remember Singed is also the ONLY one Moonflare Spellblade works on, so build ether it or Eleisa's Miracle (depending if you want more damage or tankiness).

And which boots would you build if not BoS? Merc Treads? You get your Tenancy and some regeneration from Eleisa's Miracle. Ninja Tabi? Maybe when dodge was still here, but not now. Boots of mobility? You need speed IN the fight not while moving to it. You can kite without defences or speed so that narrows it down to just Boots of Swiftness.
