The game is pretty balanced...had they removed the Kirovs. Those things, in my opinion are what make the Russians the strongest.

EOTRS controls the waters

USSR control the skies (thanks to the kirovs)

And the Alies sort of control land?

After the expansion, the EOTRS win because of the god damned giga fortresses -.-

Though it still makes a fun game. Seriously.

I am glad they included in RA3, it was boring for all factions to have dogs.

Agreed even though it's fun on high graphic, I don't think it's that balance either.

And ore collector in RA 3 is so annoying and squishy. It's sad.

EA made a really good job on Tiberium War patches tho. I dare say, it's one of a very balance strat game (Not as Starcrqaft, but w/e). KW was..... throw of quite alot because there are 9 factions.

Hope the C&C will be balance, epic and take low graphic requirement to make it look good. I mean, it's acceptable in all medium setting not lie RA3
