this man used to work @ wal-mart on ramsey st cleaning up... he used to do this while he was working, but not as bad. i dont think he is homeless tho.... during the day, u can catch him on the hay st exit over the MLK dancing on the bridge

You should catch that guy who's usually dancing in the afternoon, on Cumberland road, near Ireland drive. It's a white guy with an MP3 player, but dancing every time I see him.

hes right infront of county jail... hes dancing cause he just got out :-) and the guy who works at ramsey street is a different guy. i know the cleaning guy there
