well... reservoir dogs could be classified as an anti-ganster movie: is more of a heist and hey are just mercenaries. Of course, Lawrence Tourney and Nice guy Eddie move all things around but the movie doesnt get that deep down into organized crime as any ganster movie that de Niro, Pacino or Sorvino has ever done.

But Reservoir Dogs is a brilliant film ;).
