Sarah - how sad for the stony old man. He was there a long time. Most evocative music and video. You have some stunningly beautiful countryside in your part of the new world. My rocks are Cambrian, of course.
Every single day I have spent in the White Mountains over the years is impressed upon my memory, but some of the very best were when we climbed to the top of a mountain, and sat gazing for what seemed like hours at the spectacular mountain range all around and the forest and lakes below.
