Good job. Get the word out. My son died at age 22 from addiction to Ritalin. He took over 62 of the 20mg pills in two days and died. He had an addiction so I tried to get help from Memorial Herman PaRC rehab in Houston. They kicked him out after 22 days: 8 days of detox and 2 weeks of inpatient. They said he would not buy in to his addiction. He died 7 days later when he tried to go to a halfway house in houston that turned out to be in the ghetto. He died in the back seat of his car.
@pwg1126 PWG, we have the same mission. Your friend Tembuck2. My family owned a pharmacy for over 60 years. 3 generations. My father helped and saved many, many lives! But we saw the folly and hidden agendas of the Rx co's covert plot for the last 35 yrs. Now, My mission is to educate the public as to the pure greed and "Evil" of the Rx companies and their covert and insidious plots. Help me. Tem
Acetaminophen causes toxic damage to hepatocytes in the liver. Everyone in the medical field knows that acetaminophen is harmful for the liver and kidneys. If the liver goes, the whole body undergoes multiple organ system failure and death.
i agree with you candiru. nobody needs drugs. there are natural remedies and plant herbs that can cure and treat any illness there is on this planet. there is alway an alternative. the FDA only cares about their money not people its a business thats all it is. they say things on tv like "there is no cure" actually there are otehr treatments, they're just brainwashing. they want more money.
sithioth, you are a bloody idiot. People do try to find herbal/natural remedies for all kinds of ailments, some work, and some don't. The ones that don't get any relief from these natural remedies, such as pain patients, NEED actual drugs, be it narcotics or others. YOU, are the brainwashed feeble mind here, sithioth.
i'm reading a book called optimum nutrition for the mind, and it says people are getting really stressed and therefor buy more medicine... the problem can easily be solved by multivitamins, which easily help balance your brain so stress and depression symptoms are much more rare. just saying
Wow... who are you, Tom Cruise Jr? Vitamins can be a good step, but heck no can they "balance your brain" and erase stress, and WOW depression cannot be fixed with vitamins. Whatever you've been reading is obviously SELLING those vitamins, pick up a real health book sometime.
well buy the book i mean im just saying based on the book... its a fact that the multivitamin increased 10% grade scores (approximate) i mean yea they may not relieve all stress but buy the book and read it at least... then u can accuse me of being stupid... optimum nutrition for the mind is a book written by an author in england rather than an idiot from the usa.
Funny how I didn't actually call you "stupid." You came up with that all by yourself. If a book told you jumping off a cliff could cure cancer, would you believe it?
Btw, insulting the authors of the USA with some vague discriminatory and ethnocentric remark is hardly the way to get me to read your book.
Common sense is that they help you stay healthy in the long term. Common sense does not tell you they can solve highly complicated and sometimes out-of-whack chemicals interacting in your brain. Vitamins are smart, but they are not magic. It is also possible to get all necessary vitamins/minerals/etc by eating a properly balanced and diversified diet. Simply dumping vitamins into your system will do little, as new studies suggest overdosing can minimize their good effects.
Oh come on!! Obviously you've never had surgery if you think pain killers are horrible. When you see people begging for something to stop the pain you'd understand. I doubt the majority of deaths are due to hospital error. Most are likely due to potheads taking someone elses prescription to get high not knowing (or caring) that this drug causes respiratory failure in non-opioid tolerant patients.
peddling hundreds of dangerous chemicals while lying to 'patients' aka 'guinea pigs'... all in the name of MONEY!!! PHARMA COMPANIES PEDDLE DEATH AND DEAD-END MEDICINES FOR MONEY!!!
Some of the top lobbyists are from pharmacutical companies. Soon, vitamins will be illegal (look it up). Doctors regurgetate what pharma salespeople tell them. Slaves are dependant and easier to control.
A good reason natural ways should be pursued. Expecially things like Cannabis! No deaths from using it as a medication, even for the fools who think they need it obscene amounts. Often the pills have side effects on ur brain that will need more chemicals 2 balance that. Its really sad what we've came 2, and think of why its pushed so hard theres no money in it if someone can grow it, plus more chemicals 2 offset the other's effects equals more profit!
Natural Ways? Where do you think our medications come from? Many of them are extracts from herbs and other natural sources. And unlike our modern meds there is no information on what they can do as far as drug interaction precautions, etc. You're taking them blindly.
I do not like to take chemical drugs. I have, at times, done so. I was once prescribed pain meds for back pain which gave me acid reflux. The doc even said, "I think I may have done this to you." Thanks doc! Actually, I don't blame him ... I blame me. The pain is still there, I just deal with it in different ways. My strongest "bad" treatment is a martini which has it's own badness - but better than the chemicals!
What the heck happened in those 7 years that caused the boom in deaths? That's really scary. I wish the story would have shown the number of deaths in all 7 years so we could see the trend though. Still a scary thought that that many more people are dying.
I takw many medications, and in the space of 5 years I have gone from being able to climb cliffs and walking 2 miles a day and camping and hunting, to not being able to walk, do chores. My soon to be 18 year old son has to do everything from cooking and cleaning and helping me to my room in the hope I won't fall and break somthing again....Seroquel and Gabapentin (Nuerontin) has ruined my life and I am slowly but surely dying.
What would happen if you stopped taking the meds? Or is it to the point where you're so addicted that you'd need some serious intervention? What happened that you need those medications anyway?

Is Cannibis a pain killer?

Cannibis can be considered a painkiller, hence cancer patients and others with similar illnesses acquiring prescriptions for it.
