Actually @tmlens I was out hooping at Relay for Life yesterday and taught my friend Ashley to hoop. She picked up hooping at the waist the very first time she tried it.

Awsome i wish i lived in america, i hoop, well i used to at a circus thing i used to do, but i had to quit cuz of my knees, and theres no good spacein my room grrr o well
