Its is totaly impossible to get a 50cc pocket, with no gears. you would have to get 4 speed to maybe do that.

@rommeldito there are few things- getting a larger carburetor with higher compression pistons/ and or a larger cylinder bore kit maybe something like a 75cc kit since those are pretty popular and not to expansive and a proper exhaust . Dont get fooled by just installing some aftermarket air filter as that may help but not where you will see a difference. Although there will probably be some jack ass on here that will claim that changing the filter will add huge power-

@rommeldito any 70cc, dellorto 17.5mm, exhaust (anything with a larger expansion chamber from stock). makes it pretty quick.

@rommeldito go to zumas r us dot com. There's a ton of things you can do. It doesn't take much to make it do 65mph with wheelie popping acceleration. I tune thse things down here in NC. They are popular because you don't need any license, tags insurance or anything, you just need to be 16 and wear a helmet. I do a couple a week. Fastest I've ever gotton a scooter moped to go is 74mph and typically 60-75 is no problem.

thats not fair, the pocket rocket is much lighter... which one's more comfortable? lol. the 2 stroke 49cc engine can be easily tunes to be quick. swap it for a 70cc engine kit (polini/malossi/athena etc), deck the head, get a race crank, 70cc pipe (leovince hm70), 21mm+ carb and a bit of rollers for the tranny and ur set to go quick in a straight line

Take the throttle cam off, saw along the line, reattach, then rematch. As a Zuma owner, I find this disturbing. I can beat any vehicle through the streets of Boston, of course, motocycles aren't allowed in shoulder of road, and pocket rockets aren't street legal, and cars move slow through traffic.

hey there to put nos into a pocket bike you need to buy a new engine on ebay one made of aluminium, after that you have two choices you buy turbo botlles or you buy nos, in you´re case nos is available in little bottles that go atached to the acceleration bar. they give more power but any engine brakes in approx 50- 60 botlles of nos.
