Operator has talent on the sticks. However, He needs a small amount of tweeking on machine managment of motion. 1) Dont dig off the bottom every time. If you take your cut in two levels and only reach half way down half the time will increase your cycle time by 25%. Thats big money anyway you look at it. 2) Trucks take priority your bench was far enough out front load the trucks first.3) Get on those drivers butts about not stopping and going soon enough. it will knock 5-8 sec off load times.
