Given that he was born in the US and is an American citizen of 35+ years of age, what would be the grounds for a lawsuit I wonder? Does US law prohibit Presidentia candidates because some people don't like them? Is that US Democracy?

Article 2, section 1:
"No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President..."
So Obama is ok. He was born in Hawaii and even the far right loon site, World Net Daily, has judged his Hawaiian birth certificate to be valid.
McCain, however, was born in Panama...
