It seems the purpose of the "rays" are to cause cloud flare-ups. You'll see that after the rays pass over, all the cloud cover increases. Whoever is doing this is responsible for the tornado that hit Joplin, MO and Tuskaloosa, ALA. I got my info by subscribing to "dutchsinse". His vids are very informative.

I notice that the small cloud pockets (or whatever they are -- chemtrail deposits, perhaps??) grow significantly larger after the arrows go past. They "puff up" in the loop shortly after the arrows have gone by.

Here are some facts:

1. Jets fly in straight lines across the US every day. I just returned inside and saw 2 jets flying over my house at a high altitude in that same NW direction.

2. HAARP exists and is paid for by our tax dollars, funded as a military program.
