Actually, these are significantly better than the 5870's. It's the 6870's that are more or less equal to the 5870's.

@nightfox272 Yeah, you can update BIOS and get 2 "free" 6970s instead.

@bkujamjar As long as your card has 2 BIOSes there will be nothing wrong with it. You need to make sure that GFX cards' manufacturer provides such of an option. PowerColor PCS++ HD6950, for example, does support double BIOS settings.
