Well. It depends really.

The only supplement i'd ever suggest is protein, since Nitrogen products and Creatine are relatively hit and miss and the changes are not permanent.

But if you're looking for certain things, Gaspari is pretty much in a league of it's own. But it is quite expensive.

They work, but everyone's different.

My favourite was Plasmajet, but you're supposed to stack. You take it every other day, and you're supposed to wait a while before working out - but you can work out straight away if you wish - and it's amazing, because usually after an hour of taking the pills, regardless of what you are doing, your body dilates HEAVILY. You look bigger, and awkwardly it's hard to "Pinch an inch" - especially on your abs, which tighten like mad and appear fuller.

But I don't know. I think people need to realise, that working out, if done right, requires nothing like these products.

20 Minutes of sprint training every two days along with a proper weight session will turn you into an animal.

Well. It depends on what you're after.

I try training for power with endurance for rugby, so apart from squats and deadlifts, I try to run often at full pace, up hills (I live near a very large deer park) but sometimes I can't be bothered so I'll usually just hit a treadmill and put the height up so i'm "Climbing a hill" at a high speed, or randomly burst into sprint while jogging. It's cardio, and it's SO much more effective than what people do - which is spend SO LONG on a treadmill.

Hey Rich i used to follow you throughout your peak bodybuilding career,unfortunately it was through the bodybuilding magazines when i was at college during the 80,s. For me you was the uncrowned Mr.Olympia. The only thing that stood between you and the trophy was Totalee awesome Haney. Sadly i have given up the sport due to sustaining a back injury, but its been so good to see you again after so many years and you still look good man. I truly wish you all the best!!!!
