  • @Rcb2875 The hose that comes with the leak stop has a low loss fitting to keep the hose in a vacuum after detaching it with the vacuum pump.

  • The TRANE compressor is a screw/gasket connection that might leak... Do you think this stop-leak will stop a compressor seal leak? I have a tall, high effeciency split unit that is a bear to get to the compresssor connection (condensor wraps completely around the compressor and the coil is about 4 to 5 feet high!), so maybe this seal will help... What do you suggest?

  • @ckjohnsonp I don't really recommend using this product as a means to prevent roto-coupling from leaking.

  • Hello, I've heard this kind of product will hurt the equipment in a long run. Depend on where you are putting into this chemical, but I keep hearing bad comment on using this kind of products for a quick fix. I guess it is depend on which brand makes a big difference? I have my house AC freon leak and the AC guy could not detect the exact leak spot and recommended me to use something like this... not sure what to do.

  • @urkingod I have found that it works great on extremely slow leaks. I recommend that you fix the leak if you can find it.

  • @achzdck Becky thinks that Dudley needs his own channel, too.

  • you must get paid to endorse this stuff

  • @freonfreak65 I don't get paid shit.

  • Hats off to you for clarifying the old video post.

  • @tstatech Thanks. It bothered me.

  • OK DR. Z ...I"LL TRY IT....THANKS GOOD VIDEO AS USUAL.

I HAVE A REQUEST...WOULD YOU DO A VIDEO ON ADDING AND REMOVING

OIL FROM A SEMI HERMETIC. I JUST BOUGHT AN OIL PUMP AND I AM NOT SURE

    HOW TO USE IT....THANKS DUTCH

  • @ALAMEDAMECH It's hard to say when I'll have to replace the oil in a system. More than likely I'll have to wait until the cooling season.

  • 720hd Cool!

  • @RocketFast321 That would be our new camera. It's a Nikon CoolPix.

  • Seems that Rover agrees how frustrating it is not to find the leak. He can usually "sniff" them right out!

  • @Straycurrent lol
