i sat by the phone aged 13 years in 1987. i pressed redial over and over and over again, just trying to get tickets to the joshua tree tour. my heart was smashed when i didnt get through. it was almost 19 years later when i finally got to see the best rock band in the world. i was so mesmerised i kept going to the toilet cause i was so nervous. i even missed sunday bloody sunday cause i kept going to the toilet. i didnt miss this bit though. it was one of the most important moments of my life.
Oh, this was so good to watch again. Now I want to fly to Hawaii and see their last concert. Let's go check eBay for last minute tickets ;-) THANK YOU ...
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. I was at that concert (I flew over from Australia) and it was quite simply the best day of my life HANDS DOWN. I've never experienced anything like this night. Bless you for allowing me to relive this.

I was there mate and i agree was the best concert of my life. Not even Live 8 a couple of months later could top it. Hot sunshine and great music
