Not only did they bring back Grievous, they are bringing back a Gungman warrior and Jar Jar! Although, I have the original Jar Jar model and let me say, there's a huge difference. The orange on the new one isn't on the old one, the old one had no eye painting detail, and the new ones have better weapon's.

He only came in one lego star wars set, which was from their 2005 line called grievous chase. You could probably find the figure on ebay or possibly bricklink. Hope this helps.

how did you make the legs?

I cut the top part off of his legs and took 2 of his old arms and super glued them to to the legs. Then I sanded down the clip that held his old legs and glued a white clip to the sanded part. Lastly I cut a white lego lightsaber blade and put it together. hope this helps.

1st- Which theme song? The Grievous' Theme or the Clone Wars Theme?

2nd- Yeah his arms do fall off really easily. That is why he is a display item not so much a toy. It also allows for me to pose him however I want in a possible future movie.
