Try that on a neglected wheel with caked on brake dust and other crap embedded into the finish...

@RKapralov before this step....you would need to use a wheel cleaner like all wheel cleaner....if it is really bad with no care for a LONG time....there may be little you can do. This product is meant for shining and getting a show car result for vehicles that are maintained.

another way to dry the cone instead of with a towel is putting it back on the drill and putting it to the fastest speed so all the water excapes.
