I was playing s&d when a guy let go of his throwing knife when he got killed by a riot shield. Then when the screen comes up and says "Good, get ready for the next round" the throwing knife hits the camera and makes the same sound when it hits someone. i threw a throwing knife and got a kill, then went inside and played some mw2

I got a throwing knife kill one time where I could of swore we almost killed each other at the same time. I threw a knife at one guy and he shot me with an RPG, but for some reason I survived it and barely held on and at the same time my knife was traveling straight for his head and it killed him, giving me the wining kill. Probably nothing special to brag about but its pretty rare that I get kills like that.
