there is a program to convert to mp3 i forget what its called but what you can do is download audacity and record it using WAVE youw ill get the exact quality but make sure your comp isnt making any other noises (msn for example)

In a way yes, but in a way no, the MIDI's are flowing well with each other because the sound and tone never change, where as if you did it with real songs, the tones would make it more or less a music mash up rather then a medley.

That, and everytime I hear MIDI's it makes me think of Doom... Lol...
