  • omg, cardio can make u smallers haha, i do cardio 3 times a week and its VERY intense, everytime i do it from now im gonna nail fats and carbs? is this right

  • Wednesdays I do Triceps/Chest, 4 sets a workout, 5 workouts per muscle group and I rest 2-3 minutes per set. I can't be in the gym for less than 45 minutes.

  • @gerfall Take it how you'd like but, When doing any kind of push/pull sessions you don't need that many workouts. Chest should be 3 workouts for 3 sets and triceps 2-3 MAX workouts for 3 sets. Same as back/biceps. The only thing that needs a lot of heavy weight/alot of sets and exercises are legs. The quad alone is 4 muscles plus your hamstrings and then calves. Even then a typical leg workout should be squats, lunges, and leg extensions.. followed by stiff leg deads and calves.

  • @loulooks323 if you want to bulk up eat that small bowl, you can also take a protein shake, you shouldn't worry about those small things, thats what many beginners (included me) do, they worry about the small things, but if the principe is right, you will have results.

    eat right, workout, rest (sleep), repeat, thats all this is about

  • @somailbantu Yes. You don't really need supplements. They help, but not a great deal. Listen to the guys in the video they know what they're talking about. You can get all the advice you need from them.

    that's still alot bro, the twins also train 2 muscle groups every time they go to the gym, but they still only stay in the gym for like 45 mins, you don't need to do 5 excercises for each muscle group, if you do 2 excercises your already good, just make sure you use correct form and HIGH intensity because that's what makes your muscle pump (grow)

  • when i first started lifting i weighed 153, i hit the dreadmill for the first couple months to lose a little bodyfat. i gained some noticible muscle in the five months ive been lifting, but now i weigh 143, and ive been eating a shitload of protein, good slow digesting carbs(whole grain breads, boiled eggs) etc.

  • Even if you do only burn 300 cals on a treadmill, it still raises your metabolic rate so even after the run you'd still burn calories a lot faster. Just don't do cardio at all, unless you're cutting.

  • Im eating enough and working out with a personal trainer harder than I've ever worked out and i still can't even get any stronger. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. I get enough protein, carbs, and fats and rest. Yet I've been stuck with the same weights for almost a year and even my trainer doesn't seem to know what to do.

  • @dangeloj2 Try just doing heavy compound excercises i promise you will gain weight. everyone does.thats how i started gaining weight. i even put my girlfriend to do heavy squats and deadlifts. She gained some sexy massive muscle on her thighs and but. google search it

    Eat breakfast, keep a tub of whey protein in your locker and take bathroom breaks every 3 hours and mix up some protein powder in water. That's what I did when I was in school anyway.

    If that isn't an option then make some Homeade protein bars and snack on them every 3 hours in the same fashion. Most homeade protein bars keep just fine in one of those ice cooled lunch boxes.
