@BlueJirachi You can try various non-standard stores, like Kroger or Giant Eagle. Both in regular pasta sauce sections, and also check their organic/specialty diet/import sections. I've gotten hooked on a lot of amazing slightly-exotic foods/drinks that way. :9 Rao's sauce is available at larger Kroger stores (but not most smaller ones).

If you're really desperate, their website and amazon (dot) com sell them and can ship them out.
