no there is a endless free trial which is a trial which never ends but it is only trial so you can only get to lvl 10 and you cant auction house/send mail and other stuff. War is still subscription based and i dont see it becoming free.

Warhammer gets a 3/10 from me.....i tried it and the key settings are just horrible.

Graphics are ok....the only good thing about it is the characters (when creating them).

I could not wait until i started playing, bu once i got into the game it was an ugly game play. Sorry but no $29 a month from me.

The first patch is over 600 MB so leave it to patch for an hour the game is £9 a month in the Uk thats a good price for a MMO. Thir is tiers in Warhammer 1 -4 2 maps in each and about 6 maps in tier 4 you got to progress your ranks to enter the other tiers theirs another set of tiers for the other civilisations too and another two massive maps for over rank 25 coming soon they will be the Tomb Kings dungeons and keeps to capture and hold.

yeah the monthly fee is $14.99 a month (united states dollars) and when you buy the game you get the first month included. I don't play as of yet waiting till December 25th lol but i have been one of their beta testers at their convention and on my own PC (lucky enough to get a slot). I listened to everybody say great and bad things about this game, thought about it, and bought it. Didn't like it at first (dwarf engineer), but switched a few classes, got into it, and now i LOVE IT. Brilliant game 10/10, haven't got bored of it once, RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYBODY. I loved WoW not going to slag it off, both are stunning games, but the possiblities in Warhammer is endless. Damn it feels good to smash order with your green buddies.

As far as I know, everytime you finish quests in the PvE of Warhammer, you help the people who are doing RvR at the same time. It is actually pretty cool that they have linked the two that way, but in the end, the most important part of the game becomes RvR and everything else just leads up to it.

From what i have researched (b/c my brother is the same) you dont have to PvP you can solo quest to your own liking and only be with others for the public quest or choose to ignore the public quest completly. Personally im going to get this game asap when i get money >.>
