Is there any way to fill up in the pictures where there is no sky, like that thing you cut out, but I don't want to cut out some birds that were there, so can I like use some tool to draw a new realistic sky there (other than the brush tool...)

other then crop you can also ctrl + t and stretch your image to fit the layer. nice vid.
