  • @dogcat126

    63 also

    you are in my prayers!

  • We took latin ballroom lessons just before our wedding. This song always reminds me of that time. And there is nothing wrong with a good box-step!

  • One of my favorites. Thanks!

  • Thank you so much for posting this version! I completely agree with the statement about how truly instrumental (ha ha) backup musicians are in creating great music, especially from this era. In my opinion, the wonderful piano accompaniment is what makes this recording so memorable and sets it apart from the others.

  • @CKritube the block and cymbal by the man on the skins ain't bad either!!!!

  • Would you believe I thought of this song tonight for it came to me and I had to find the right recording since others had recorded this song. THIS IS THE ONE and I didn't know it was the Drifters. With the other studio voices and the fantastic musicians I remember this song when I was a kid in grade school...can we say either kindergarden or first grade back when this song was released. Great song and thank you for posting it.

  • Love this song. Thanks for posting it.

  • Sometimes behind a great singing group and a great song, the backup session muscians get overlooked. On this particular song, its hard not too. It all makes for a great timeless enjoyable recording.
