i believe its A 125CC but with electric assist it preforms like a 250cc.. the range on battery only is 40 miles at 15mph. the range in hybrid at econ mode is 140 mpg. its lacks speed in that mode but not range. most full electrics can go 65+mph with smiler range. i assume its due to the smaller hybrid battery rather then being a rolling battery. i guess it would still be useful in traffic jams and trucking around parking lots or side streets. buts its the high range hybrid mode that counts.

also note this mp3 has 3 modes you can use all gas full battery and hybrid. so even if your battery drain you can go into gas mode and recharge it on the go like a car.
