I've been thinking about that too. From the front, jet engines look like eyes. eyes are the window to the soul and represent a person's power of presence. Engines represent power, order and strength; things most men like...think thousands of little parts working in unison covering large distance. Sound...the sound is a scream isn't it? A primeval battle cry that doesn't falter or waiver. Something like that maybe.

yea, Airbus makes the plane, not the engine, so if you want to talk about safety engine wise, look at the 3 that make engines.

actually it is show that the blade that it is still spinning and yes I know You can hear the engine but what if it is off and the wind is cause it to spin. If they were not there you may be seriously hurt.

the painted cone is to tell if the engine is spinning not to confuse birds because at low rpm the engine looks and sounds like its not spinning just is running
