I like it! Just some tips to take you to the top:

*singer- have more fun!

*guitar guys- jam out a littke more! Ad lib if you can!

*drums- youre good, just a little quieter

Which brings me to balance.

You guys are good, but some things beed yo be louder than others... Singer, we cant hear you! Louder please! Drummer, a little less volume would be great. Bring it down one dynamic. Guitar and bass, you guys are fine, stay where you are.

Also... Singer should be standing closer to camera.
