Man, that was HUGE. I'd read about this match before, but I never thought I'd get a chance to see it. It's just so surreal.

This one match featured the only face versus face encounter Hogan and Andre ever had, Big John Studd defeating both men simultaneously at the height of their careers, and Hogan's first loss since becoming WWF champion.

Man, thanks for posting this.

(And yes, I'm aware that Hogan lost a tag match in Japan prior to this. This was still his first loss shown stateside.)

Really cool psychology at the end of this match with Hogan and Andre going at it...Then after Studd won it, you weren't real sure if they would team up to go after him or not...The WWF didn't often keep it's audience guessing like that back then...
