@timedog911 DUUDEEE did you seriously search "One minute engine rebuild" thinking that it was possible??? Only with the help of the amazing editing skills of Chappy is it possible :D
@timedog911 Rofl, even a combination of the best Top Fuel, F-1, and Rally teams could not rebuild a Briggs and Stratton in one minute what makes you think someone else could do otherwise?
@marcoze probably really close to a minute. I've done just that in 12 minutes, and I only have 2 hands and hand tools. they have dozens of hands and air tools.
Enjoyed the submission thats a lot of work to show in little over a minute . surprized it could be inframed like that we used to do this often with Detroit Diesels.
IT WAS MORE LIKE A ONE MIN HEAD GASKET CHANGE NOT ENGINE REBUILD IF I HAD MY ENGINE REBUILT AND THE DIDNT OUT NEW RINGS OR BEARINGS IN IT ID BE QUITE DISSAPOINTED
It's a pity most people scrap their cars instead of repairing them. I just spent £100 on a car, which I was given and was bound for the junkyard. A bit of welding and general maintenance and it's now back on the road with a very happy new owner. Our governments have offloaded this "replace rather than repair" mentality onto us because it makes them lots of money. Remember the scrappage scheme? Not exactly good for the planet was it!
That comment was just for fun. didn't we all go through the bell bottom craze! That was a very cool vid. You dont know what goes into a rebuild until you do one! Mechanics should make alot more money.
@jgmtiger Every time I took a break , I threw the valve cover on to prevent any debris from getting into the engine. It only takes a teaspoon of dirt to destroy an engine.
@matttchapman AH upon rewatching i see now, hahaha so many monkeys think you can just throw an engine together and expect it to work XD nice vid mate.
