Thank you. I recently just got a new present and it was a new Labtop. It looks amazing and everything, but there was one problem... IT CAME WITH NORTON. Thanks for the video =D Normally when I tried to remove norton it wouldn't let me, but after using the removal tool it didn't remove it, but when I tried to delete it worked. Hey AlejandroZrOX.

I got norton 2009 pre installed on my new hp laptop but after 2 days of having it i removed norton 2009 from programs a features.

The uninstall went fine on windows vista but i still have a empty norton folder in my starts menu and a logo still appears in the welcome center.

How would you remove these two features. ?

I hope you reply because i would appreciate your advice.

did u try the removal tool, if not theres some programs that remove programs like the add/remove tool in control panel that i would try, there easy to find on google :)
