Carl Sagan said, "We are star stuff." and "a way for the cosmos to know itself."
In fact, all the atoms on earth and in our bodies came from supernova that blew up over 5 billion years ago.
Really, aren't we all just walking, talking stardust -- this cosmos become AWAKE and looking it back at itself? -- and aren't we intimately connected to it all?
enjoy the dance.
(And remember, ultimately there is nothing that separates us from all others in this wondrous mystery. Please be kind.)
words are tools that we use to described thing that we need to use in the daily life or to comunicate with another person, the problem begins when words start having meanings that normally dont have, when people start giving more importance to words than to other things there reside the problem and conflict of the modern life, the way release us from this perception, you start understanding that things are what they are, and words only describe things, there is no power in such a thing.
This monk's understanding is his own. If his understanding doesn't ring true to you or doesn't make sense to you then throw it away and let it go.
