yeah but there's an imbalance worldwide between females in positions of government authorities. you think they would traffick women so much if some of the leading leaders are women. the penalties would be harsher. then again corruption knows no sex, people enact such evils because they are people.

Dunno, wasn't it a female leader in India who supported the rounding up and sterilisation of males in ghetto areas as a form of population control? Sex doesn't indicate strong or weak, good or bad, fair or unjust.
