Interesting stuff. For what it's worth, if you believe in body language to detect lying, his body language indicates that he's telling the truth. Which means he at least believes what he's saying. So whether you believe what he says or not, he doesn't seem to be a fraud.

@brainwashedmasses I studied with Michael Newton and know him personally, he spent many years working in this area, even without the body language confirmation, I never had a doubt about what he says.
