  • Thanks Vajra. Hemp powder?

I bet you do have the munchies.

  • @RiverCityPC LOL yeah, well not because of hemp, although I do use its sister plant as a post-workout relaxer ;)

But the hemp powder itself is crazy nutritious, it's anywhere between 50%-70% protein, has a 3-1 balance of omega-6 to omega-3, up to 60% dietary fibre, and all essential fatty & amino acids.

It's a great alternative for the milk & soy powders.

I doubt you could find it in stores in the states but for sure you could order some online, cheers.

The omega profile alone could make it worth buying a bag from a shady dude.

    :)

  • Funny shit lol, informative too. I've been using coconut milk as a substitute for cow milk for months now, only because I prefer the taste of it in shakes I never really thought of the nutritional benefits, it goes really well with a couple of fists full of frozen blueberries & a scoop of hemp powder. Damn I've got the munchies now. :)
