we had a band called the Vi-Crons, 65-67. Mel Catugal on drums, Jimmy Catugal and i on rythm, lead and bass guitars. we played the local parties and teen dances in Lahaina, Wailuku and Kahului. we played Ventures music. bought the albums, listened to it and just played it by ear. we were pretty hot for kids. Viva la Ventures
