What a great idea....Based on Maria's analysis, I think that I will convert my home heating system to electric baseboard....I might even buy an electric car....It will pay for itself as my electricity bill continues to go down as I add more load to my Dumb Meter...McGuinty will want to make Maria the Finance Minister since she thinks just like Duncan.....They can rates our hydro rates and our monthly bills will continue to go down.....What kind of a BIZARRO world does this woman live in ?

So is she saying that lower rate hours are compensating for the peak hour rates?? She is probably not considering the increased rate we use to pay for using over 1000 kWhr. We farm as well, and I can tell you that we are not enjoying the avg. of $100 increase per month.
