Three weeks ago backstage on the AI tour. AmericanIdol wouldn't let camera's and all the press in because they thought Dave Cook's announcement of being GAY might hurt ticket sales even though it was pretty much sold out in every city all ready!!! I think AI knows that their demographic is mostly repressed teen girls and lonely young women and AI didn't want any kind of backlash so they kind of tried to repress the DAVID COOK IS GAY news. I am Glad Kim Caldwell took it so well too. She is HOTT.
